1.1.On May 16, 2025 BASR and Hunan Nantong Group held a grand signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement of the joint venture company of "Nantong Deep Cultivation, BASR Empowerment" and the unveiling ceremony of the establishment of "Jiangxi Nantong Sunshine Metal Co., Ltd." at the Tianjin Airport Base. Yan Tian, Chairman of Hunan Nantong, led the team, and Chen Hongbo- special guest, and Guan Baodong, General Manager of BASR together with core team, witnessed this important moment. The two parties will rely on the platform of the joint venture company to integrate industrial chain resources, deepen technological innovation and business synergy, and jointly develop new markets in the field of non-ferrous metals to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

1.2.On May 20, 2025 BASR and Bank of China Beijing Xicheng Sub-branch held a signing ceremony for "Sunshine Voyage Bank of China Escort" at the airport base, opening a new chapter of strategic cooperation.

2.Management improvement
2.1 On May 6, 2025 BASR’s laboratory officially passed the accreditation of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), marking that the management level and technical ability of the laboratory have reached the international accreditation standard. This will lay a solid foundation for enhancing the company's core competitiveness and expanding domestic and foreign markets. In the future, the laboratory will continue to optimize the management system to ensure the scientificity, fairness and accuracy of the testing and calibration work.

2.2 On May 2025, the research results of BASR laboratory in the field of simulated press testing methods were published in the professional journal "Automotive Technologist" of the Institute of Machinery Industry Information, and were selected as the cover recommended article. This achievement demonstrates the company's technical strength and enhances the brand influence and technical discourse power in the field of automobile manufacturing technology. The laboratory plans to set up a special paper display area to further showcase scientific research and innovation achievements.

3.Organize events
3.1 On May 28, 2025 in order to solidly promote the learning and education of the spirit of the eight provisions of the central government, the party branch of BASR carried out special learning activities in Tianjin Airport Base. Comrade Zhang Ling, secretary of the party branch, gave a special party course to all party members of the branch with the theme of "learning and understanding the eight regulations and taking the lead in maintaining the good image of the party", so as to build a strong ideological line of defense and gather the strength to forge ahead.
