1.1. On June 24^th the Mitsui & Co. team visited our headquarters, and the two sides conducted in-depth communication on key issues such as QS (quality standards), production and supply assurance in the cooperation project, and discussed the expansion of new business. The two sides will integrate resources, technology and market advantages, deepen cooperation and open up a broader market.
1.2. This month, the BU2 worked closely with the Nantong team to reach an agreement on the core issues such as the organizational structure, system use, customer development and capital plan of the joint venture "Jiangxi Nantong Sunshine Metal Co., Ltd." This marks a key step in the cooperation between the two parties in the field of metals, which is expected to form a new competitive advantage in the regional market.

2.Management improvement
2.1. After years of preparation, our AR project has completed the contract signing and started development and deployment. The system is scheduled to be put into trial operation in October and officially delivered at the end of December, which will help the company realize intelligent production upgrades, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance market competitiveness.
2.2. On June 28^th BASR carried out preventive tests and equipment maintenance on the substation of the airport base, and comprehensively investigated hidden dangers through partial discharge detection and other means, effectively reducing the risk of power outage and providing solid power guarantee for business operation.

3. Cultural activities
3.1. On June 17^th BASR compliance management department and comprehensive management department sent employees to participate in the patriotic education and visit activities organized by the exhibition work briefing road trade union with the theme of "remembering history and paying tribute to the martyrs".

3.2. On June 29^th The Party Branch of BASR organized Party members and activists to go to the Memorial Hall of the First Party Branch of Huairou to carry out the party day activity with the theme of "Pursuing the Red Original Heart and Striving for the Sunshine Journey".
