In August, all employees of BASR were not afraid of challenges, and built a solid foundation for the company's development with unremitting efforts and perseverance.
1.Government care
August 26, 2025: Wang Xiaonong, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Xicheng District People's Congress of Beijing, led a team to visit our company for research and discussion, with the participation of personnel from the Management Committee of Xicheng Park and other departments, as well as our leaders, department heads and party branch members.
At the symposium, Deputy Director Wang Xiaonong introduced the achievements and future plans of Xicheng District in the fields of science and technology, commerce, and environmental construction, and asked about the company's operating difficulties and needs. Guan Baodong, general manager of the company, introduced the company's development history, challenges and specific demands for transformation; Vice President Yang Zhiping introduced the laboratory project and sincerely issued an invitation to visit the site. Deputy Director Wang Xiaonong responded to some of the demands on the spot and put forward two key tasks. Our company will make every effort to promote these tasks, continue to follow up in the future, actively integrate into regional development, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.




2.Management improvement
2.1. In the early morning of August 3, 2025: The airport base area of BASR was suddenly hit by super heavy rainfall. Due to the heavy rain, there were rain leaks in many places in the reservoir.
Although Li Qing, an employee on duty, was afraid of heights, he still resolutely went to the roof to dredge the drainage system; Jin Jingjing, the logistics technology manager, rushed to the scene for disposal as soon as possible. During the day on August 3, the base employees worked together to quickly clean up the accumulated water in the reservoir. In this incident, Jin Jingjing and Li Qing charged forward, seizing the critical time for the cleaning up of stagnant water and asset protection, and setting an example for all employees.
This emergency once again proves that China Automobile Sunshine has a team that "comes when called, can fight, and can win the battle". In recognition of the team's courageous fighting spirit, the company's operation committee specially approved special contribution points for their August KPI.
2.2 August 4, 2025: The company's first half of the work report summary meeting was successfully held with the guidance of "accumulating strength". The heads of each department took the stage in turn to report on their work, comprehensively display the results of their work, and deeply analyze their own shortcomings. Other managers made detailed comments and actively made suggestions.
In the summary session of the general manager, Mr. Guan adhered to the principle of objectivity and fairness, fully affirmed the results of various work, and pointed out the existing problems and deficiencies. He asked management cadres to further improve their management capabilities and promote the diversified development of the company's business.
This debriefing meeting can be called a grand event of "diagnosis and empowerment", which helps middle-level cadres clearly identify their own advantages, face up to gaps, clarify the path of follow-up improvement, and lay a solid foundation for the efficient promotion of work and management ability in the future. In the second half of the year, the company will continue to anchor the main axis of "accumulation", actively practice the strategy of accumulating strength to expand the market, deepen the accumulation and quality improvement measures, and steadily move towards higher development goals.











3.Cultural construction
3.1 August 23, 2025: The Party Branch of BASR organized party members and activists to go to the Tianjin base to carry out voluntary weeding labor. With the theme of "beautifying the base environment and helping production and operation", the event aims to contribute to the clean, beautiful and efficient operation of the base. This activity is a vivid practice of the deep integration of party building work and production and operation, and highlights the vanguard role of party members and activists.




3.2 2025.8.29: The 3rd Beer Festival was successfully held at the airport base. All employees of BASR enthusiastically participated and invited business partners and friends to gather, and the scene was very lively and laughter. At the beginning of the event, Mr. Guan expressed his sincere thanks and best wishes. Subsequently, Mr. Guan led everyone to open the grand event, the sound of bottle opening and music sounded together, everyone raised their glasses and drank together, immersed in a cheerful atmosphere. Employees said that the beer festival allows everyone to relax after busy work, enhance the friendship of colleagues, unite the strength of the team, and also shorten the distance between the company and business partners and strengthen cooperation with each other.
