1.1 Domestic Business

(1) October 14, 2025: The BBAC laboratory team visited our laboratory. Both parties had in-depth discussions on topics such as our laboratory's testing capabilities, personnel qualifications, the process of obtaining CNAS certification, and future cooperation opportunities. The BBAC team highly praised the achievements our laboratory has made over the past two years. This exchange not only allowed BBAC to gain a deeper understanding of our corporate culture, technical strength, and new functions, but also further strengthened the trust between the two parties, laying a solid foundation for potential future cooperation.

1.2 International Business

(1) October 19 - November 2, 2025: The YSI team conducted a two-week special European trip:

The team visited ThyssenKrupp in Germany, conducted multiple rounds of negotiations, discussed the OEM business and logistics for the Hungary project, and explored cooperation details. The team also participated in Blechexpo, establishing contacts with multiple companies. At a dinner, the team took photos and communicated with senior executives of Thyssen, strengthening their relationship.

The team visited the Top Group and Minth Poland base in Poland. The General Manager of Top Group introduced the company's operations and plant planning, and expressed the intention to visit our Hungary base for further cooperation discussions; the General Manager of Minth introduced its operational status and some pain points in the supply chain. Our company expressed willingness to help solve these issues through our efforts and to establish a long-term cooperation relationship.

At the base, the team also received the Speira team and Marcus, the head of BMW Debrecen. Both sides discussed business models and logistics; the Speira team and Marcus visited DAN1's THC temperature-controlled warehouse and the entire coil material in-and-out operation process, fully acknowledging our company's business capabilities and progress.

The team inspected the GROSSE - VEHNE warehouse in Hungary, and both sides communicated about storage and logistics service models. GROSSE - VEHNE CEO Gregor Egerer-Kremsner indicated that he would visit the Debrecen base on November 11.

(2) September 29, 2025: At the invitation of Vietnam Qingyi Industrial Co., our Vietnam branch, together with the Yuexing team, went to Binh Phu Province, Vietnam, to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of their new factory, "Yichang Industrial (Vietnam)." As a long-term key partner and excellent supplier of Yichang Industrial, we will live up to the trust and expectations of our clients. 2.1 By the end of October 2025: The financial control department will officially launch the preparation of the 2026 annual budget and the formulation of the operational plan. Focusing on refined management, resources will be optimally allocated to enhance operational efficiency and market responsiveness, providing solid financial support for the company's sustainable development and helping the company to advance steadily in a highly competitive market.
