1.1. On January 30th, the company leadership led the BU1 team to visit POSCO (Tianjin) Steel Processing Co., Ltd. for exchange and learning. During the visit, they conducted on-site inspections of the production workshop and logistics storage areas to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's development history, technical capabilities, and operational management experience. Both parties reviewed the achievements of years of cooperation, fully recognized mutual trust and collaborative support, and reached a consensus on deepening strategic cooperation. 2.Activities
2.1. On February 5th, the BASR “Riding a New Journey” 2025 Annual Work Summary Meeting was successfully held at the Airport Base. The entire management team collectively reviewed the work of 2025, identified problems and shortcomings, and planned the development direction for 2026. Deputy General Manager Yang Zhiping clarified the key requirements of the meeting, nine middle-level managers gave their presentations in succession, and the respective supervising leaders provided commentary and improvement suggestions. During the meeting, all participants experienced logistics AR glasses, truly feeling the results of digital innovation, helping to accelerate the company's intelligent upgrade.

2.2On February 6, the 25th Anniversary Celebration of 'Galloping Horses, Charging Thousands' and the 2026 New Year Fellowship were grandly held at the Airport Base. The event reviewed the company's 25 years of development through videos. General Manager Guan Baodong delivered a speech, affirming the outstanding achievements over the past 25 years while injecting strong motivation into all employees to overcome difficulties and achieve even greater success. Deputy General Manager Yang Zhiping presented the annual work summary and plans for the new year. Finally, retired senior colleagues and employee representatives spoke one by one, inheriting the corporate spirit and gathering momentum for progress.

3.1. The KPI Review Team completed the optimization and upgrade of the 2026 employee KPI template, adding profit assessment indicators to make the evaluation system more comprehensive and accurate, effectively stimulating employee initiative and creativity, and guiding all employees to focus on the overall benefits of the company.
3.2. After multiple rounds of discussions, the Financial Control Department successfully completed the preparation of the 2026 budget and the formulation of the operational plan, optimizing resource allocation with refined management as the core, improving operational efficiency and market responsiveness, and providing solid financial support for the company's stable operation.
3.3. The Human Resources Department efficiently completed the annual performance calculation and secondary return distribution for all employees, promptly recognizing employees' efforts and contributions, and further enhancing employees' sense of belonging and work enthusiasm.
3.4. On the eve of the Spring Festival, the company conducted a comprehensive safety inspection at its Beijing headquarters, Tianjin Airport base, and Jinan locations, checking and rectifying each office area, key site, and facility to eliminate safety hazards and create a safe and stable working and holiday environment for all employees.
