The spring breeze is gentle, and all things are flourishing. This month, all employees are working together around the company's annual goals, putting efforts into business development and internal management, adding strength and energy for the better development of the company.

1.Business Interactions
1.1. On March 6, 2026, Zhou Jianbing, General Manager of the Donghua Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. Supply Branch, led the core team to visit our Tianjin base. During the meeting, both sides engaged in open discussions and exchanges, clearly identifying two main directions: leveraging each other's resource advantages to deepen project cooperation and strengthening digital communication. After the meeting, the Donghua team conducted an on-site inspection, and Zhou Jianbing expressed approval of AR and TMS systems of BASR. Both parties adhere to the principle of 'honest cooperation and mutual benefit' to advance cooperation, align with the trend of automotive supply chain collaboration, and accelerate the implementation of their partnership.

1.2. This month, the Vietnam team of the Overseas Business Department completed multiple rounds of customer visits and receptions, covering core areas such as electrical, metal processing, and steel pipe manufacturing. Several companies expressed purchase intentions and are expected to provide specific requirements and material lists in early April, laying a solid preliminary foundation for the company's expansion into the Vietnamese market.

2.Management Improvement
2.1. The Quality System Management Team focuses on "process compliance," conducting internal audits and self-inspections across all business and management links, promoting the precise implementation of the quality manual and operating procedures, and consolidating the company's management foundation.

2.2. All laboratory staff centered on improving "technical capability," completed comprehensive calibration of key equipment, reviewed quality monitoring data and proficiency testing reports from the past year, strengthened personnel training on accreditation standards, ensured the mutual recognition effectiveness of test data, and provided reliable technical support for the company's quality control.

3.Activities
3.1. On March 6, 2026, the BASR Union held a Women's Day event themed 'Women Taking Responsibility, Striving for Excellence.' Beijing and Tianjin were connected via video link, and union leaders Liu Shuai and Shi Chaoyang presented gifts and blessings to female employees. The union chair highly praised female employees as the 'half of the sky' of the company's development; they work diligently and responsibly in their positions, making outstanding contributions to the company's growth. The event conveyed the company's care for female employees and enhanced their sense of belonging.

3.2. On March 26, 2025, employees of the Compliance Department participated in a red education activity organized by the Trade Union of Zhanlan Road Street. At the Xishan Nameless Heroes Memorial Square, the employees paid tribute to the monument and listened to the deeds of their predecessors, receiving a profound spiritual baptism. Everyone expressed that they would inherit the red gene, transform their patriotic feelings into work motivation, and contribute to the company's development.
