In April, BASR closely adhered to the annual overall development goals, focusing on the three core directions of business expansion, management quality improvement, and cultural construction, coordinating efforts and steadily progressing. All tasks were implemented in an orderly manner, laying a solid foundation for successfully achieving the various work objectives in the second quarter.

1.Business Interactions
1.1. On April 16, BASR's overseas business department Thailand team and BU2 team received Mr. Yan and his delegation from Hunan Nantong in Meeting Room 449 of the headquarters. Both parties conducted in-depth exchanges on cooperation models in the Southeast Asian and Thai markets, and initially reached a consensus on resource sharing and joint market development, establishing an important cooperation platform for the company's regional market expansion.

1.2. On April 8 and April 14, the BU2 held discussions with partners such as Hua'an Gangbaoli and Henan Mingtai at the headquarters, focusing on communication and negotiation regarding the implementation details of key projects and exploring business alignment points.

1.3. The Vietnamese team has successively received and visited four target enterprises, exchanging preliminary opinions on potential cooperation opportunities and clarifying the subsequent coordination approach; meanwhile, the construction of the Vietnamese processing plant has achieved key breakthroughs, successfully securing a factory in the Vyxiang 2 Industrial Zone, Binh Duong Province, Ho Chi Minh City, and signing a lease intention letter, identifying the contractor for basic equipment construction, completing preliminary research and technical parameter verification for overhead crane procurement, and planning to fully commence contract signing and on-site construction work in May.

2.Management Improvement
2.1. From April 1 to 3, BASR successfully completed the ISO9001 quality management system recertification audit for 2026. The audit scope comprehensively covered core business modules such as procurement and sales contract management, inbound and outbound document circulation, special equipment inspection, and supplier management. The audit team highly recognized the standardization and effectiveness of the company's system operation. The audit report has been approved, and the new quality management system certification certificate has been officially issued in the work bulletin.

2.2. This month, the BASR's laboratory orderly completed the calibration of key equipment, the collation and summary of annual quality data, and special training on accreditation criteria, continuously strengthening professional technical support capabilities. From April 11 to 12, the laboratory successfully passed the CNAS on-site external audit and maintained its CNAS accreditation; regarding the optimization items raised during the audit, the initial draft of rectification has been completed, and it is planned to complete the system upload and closure by mid-May.

3. Activities
3.1 On April 30, BASR held the "Celebrating May Day · Showcasing Talents" fun sports and cultural activities simultaneously in Beijing and Tianjin. The event featured multiple fun projects, including badminton, shuttlecock kicking, and board games. All employees participated enthusiastically and competed vigorously, stretching their bodies and minds and enhancing communication in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The activities further strengthened team collaboration awareness, improved team cohesion and centripetal force, and gathered abundant spiritual motivation for subsequent business challenges.
